A recent study of 2,000 Americans revealed that 8 out of 10 were desperate to hear some positive news before 2020 finishes. According to the survey, 75% of people felt the barrage of negative news has had a negative effect.

Yet, the survey revealed that many of those questioned had taken matters into their own hands: 70% made a point of doing at least one positive activity a day during quarantine. Interestingly and very positively, the number one goal of those surveyed was to make someone else smile. And just over a third were determined to make loved ones have a giggle and share positive news…
